swaggies in town
An inadvertent train delay found me taking someone across town to the airport instead of to the train..and an inadvertent wrong choice on the way back took me over the new Gateway bridge which required me to wind myself back through the city. As I sat at a set of lights I delightfully re-discovered the swag-men that were such an iconic part of Expo 88 in Brisbane. Our city isn't too bad. I just don't go there very often!
