some pot plants ... and brooms for cleaning up inside... lovely tilled earth in the vegetable and flower garden and the sheep grazing on the ground nearby. I will have to come up with an appropriate Bible Text here ..all I can think of at the moment is " Sheep May Safely Graze " which is the name of my all time favorite piece of music by Bach. You can click on the Brenda Photo Challenge picture over in the sidebar to see other entries in this month's challenge of images capturing "DIRT". A funny one, but interesting. Yes, I was too late. A reminder for next time Annie..be early, be organised! ;-)

And of course I can never resist trying to take photos of the bark when it is peeling off the trees. This is what left of a lotus flower after the...

He was surrounded by all his possessions in plastic bags, and even though many people tried to help him, he never wanted to be anywhere else. Until a year or so ago, when the council announced that they had found another park for him to sleep in...hopefully it may have included shelter for extremely hot or cold or wet days! Of course they never said where it was! I think it was getting dangerous for him to stay where he was and he may have encountered some not very nice...
