eucalyptus flowers pretty gardens impressive jacarandas and I have no idea what this plant is...I haven't ever seen it before. At first I thought it might have been a kangaroo paw, until I noticed the open flowers, which I have never seen on a kangaroo paw... but I thought it was very pretty another gorgeous jacaranda and the plover wonders why someone had to some along and mow his paddock yesterday. I was pleased to see the plovers still there...and the someone left a small plot unmowed...good... and I don't know what this tree is either. I have a feeling it may be a type of eucalypt. But it also is very impressive, in full flower!

I have been captivated by these bromeliads on my afternoon walks...especially backlit by the afternoon sun, and I finally managed to take a photo! and this awful looking fungus....on the way to church! the may bush is just starting to flower....there is an insect there too if you can find it ... and this crow was just sitting there one day... of course there was the little baby plover...(see post below). nothing like a game of tennis, and a cuppa break as well.
