Part two of my gallivanting around the countryside namely accompanying my daughter and grandson to daughter's conference in the nation's capital Canberra a couple of weeks ago.. Great to get away for a bit and see another part of the country..one that wasn't quite so humid! Though it does seem to have cooled down a little here for the ,moment. I took myself over to the beach for fish and chips today, since all the tourists have now departed after their summer holidays, and one can almost get a park if early enough. Unfortunately the surf is a little rough for swimming at the moment ...sigh.

 out n about with the baby  in the last few weeks....  structures and sculptures in Glebe Park, Canberra, our nation's capital  rides and icecream while Mummy is at her conference...  familiar name, wrong country  up close to the art work in the mall resting up before the big multi cultural festival this last weekend... Hope all well with you there... sorry I have been missing here for a while,, trying to get things done.. getting over a bad back gallivanting around the country... having fun minding the baby....
