ABC WEDNESDAY and the letter R
What better R word than RIVER...but I am not sure whether you can see the RIPARIAN buffer...that is a new word I learnt during the week (pertains to river and creek banks)! This is the Brisbane River at Mandalay. The ROADS are important R words. ROOVES are important too. They help to keep out the RAIN...there are quite a few people in Brisbane tonight who wish they had a roof over their heads. Not only the homeless, but those who lost their rooves in the storm on Sunday night! RETRIEVERS are handy too sometimes! I enjoy READING...do you? and RAINBOWS..everyone likes rainbows, I think!
