in the park...
a trip to the mountains on the weekend...opposite this grand old place...there is a lovely park.. .this fellow appears to be contemplating his next moves.... is he resting on his laurels.. or leaning on his shovel? there was a great cake... past this funny thing...what is it? and these greatly multi colored things... an old tree.... some people gathered... to help celebrate a birthday... great fun was had by all by the sound of it.... even this ccuple was there... some lovely early flowers... it is still winter after all... bye bye minnie and mickey... Hope you enjoyed the party in the park.
getting distracted..or a drive in the country..
come with me for a drive in the country...it is getting quite dry...looks like we need a little more rain... are you bothered by life, lacking directions? not sure which way to turn? as we admire the blue hills... and contemplate the next few turns... yes, definitely looks like a bit of a winding road... always with some amusement thrown in as we drive by... more decisions to make.... definite warnings.....a definite crossroad coming up.... a little pressure valve for letting off steam along the way... speeding up a little as we cruise along... interesting side roads to pursue... and watcing out for the local wildlife.... and caring for them if injured... watch out for fire.... and confusing signs on the way.... appreciate the orchids and corrugated iron along the way.... cows chewing their cud... and sometimes coming to a full stop.... or not quite...just be careful, and look left and right....
