We sang in church this morning... Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place ... and a part of the reading for this morning from Psalm 139 .. ... You formed my inward parts, you knit me together in my Mother's womb I praise you lord, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made ! You know when we sit down and when we stand up Lord... Even before a word is on my tongue, you know it, Such knowledge is too wonderful for me... Where can I go from your presence... if I take the wings of the morning and settle at the furthest limits of the sea even there your hand will lead me.... and your right hand will hold me fast! Independence Day weekend in Manhattan.. on our picnic at the northern most tip of Manhattan on Friday... a basketball game in progress ...as we walk past... ah, relaxing at last! after the hike to get there! we meet up with our friends.... while the tourists go past.... watching Wimbledon on TV...Serena vs Venus.... ON SUNDAY....we go to church again...along W86th Street from Central Park for a change... after we saw a bit of the men's final before we left! I wonder if Roger will win? the flowers were out bright and cheery... and these doggies had a great way to travel! more lovely window boxes.... more cute buildings along 86th St.... and this is the corner of W86th and Broadway....with it's pretty hibiscus bush.... is that what you call it over here I wonder? I wonder what is on ...On Broadway? No, he didnt win...what a shame... Jo has fun with the baby.... and Grandma enjoys a cuddle too..... and I go to sleep on Dad's shoulder....Night night everyone!
