A late night
Up late at night, tennis in the morning early. Always look forward to my tennis days. It is a lovely setting at at Brookfield. Used to be the country. Now there are just a few too many cars going past. However, when there are no cars, we still enjoy the silence...and the birds. It is a time when I feel most creative, and often find myself standing there dreaming away, enjoying the day, and planning my latest patchwork project, and end up forgetting the score, or not quite ready for the latest backhand whizzing past. oops.. Trouble is, it is always planning a project, and never getting started! Oh well, it is good to dream anyway! Have had a lazy weekend. made a start on digging out some khaki grass out of the lawn. The couch has grown back nicely since the rain, and so now I would like to try to keep the broadleaf grass from taking over. I wonder how successful I will be. The cassia are flowering.
