May Flowers .... The Brenda Photo Challenge
On one of the last days of April, the beautiful tree down at the Inwood Hill park peninsular was showing its fast fading colors. I thought it fitting somehow that an elderly couple had chosen to sit under it for my last photo of it. and of course the elusive but absolutely beautiful lilac has been a popular favorite in May and a humble geranium holds third spot...in honor of my daughter and her family who have housed me here in NYC for over a month while they settle down after the birth of their new (second) baby...it is one of her favorite flowers.
