Australian Skies
As you will hear below, it has been a little cool here lately....these gum trees will also feature a little later in this post, with the sun setting on them earlier in the week..... Despite it being a very bleak and cool day (for us ..at about 16 degrees Celsius, yes, we sometimes have a cool day in our sub tropical winter)....parts of the sky look quite pretty, especially when the sun shines through. They were predicting that it might sleet on the mountains. I have a sister in law who lives over the gap in these mountains. I wonder how cold it is there...brrr...it looks cold and bleak! Sometimes it even snows in a little place called Stanthorpe. the mountains earlier in the week...my signature photo! Sorry I am so addicted to them, but when they are right out my kitchen window, and where the sun sets ...well, what can you do?
