Have been a little variable during the week, ranging from startling blue skies... over the playground... to snowy and rainy.... for other contributors to skywatch this week...please click on the picture over in the sidebar...

The door to the physicians and surgeons building, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Centre, and Hospital. I love it! some mosaics at W86th subway station...so many of them.,,,so nice to see the station renovated...looking forward to seeing 96th st station similarly finished. looking up...on Broadway, near W86th.

The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims his handiwork. The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the decrees of the Lord are sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever; the ordinances of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey, and drippings of the honeycomb. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. ,

another walk around lovely Inwood, Manhattan, NYC finding a sled in a package... yes, that seems to be about all there was in that package...now we just have to wait for the snow to come back again.... meanwhile I'll just read my bible stories up here while I am waiting........ the geese are still down the park... the little train bridge under the big bridge.... how are the playground renovations going? the snow was melting off the tennis courts .... and there was a funny lady making a movie in the other playground.... an Inwood window.... boo.... bye bye for now.....

have been variable...from brilliant blue, and very cold...last weekend....W97th Street and Broadway.... to blue above, and cloudy on the same day, on either side of the Harlem River at Inwood...! some cold skies I photographed down the park the other day... this poor tree is doomed for removal, as it is apparently unsafe...in the playground they are renovating! for more skies from around the world, please click on the skywatch picture in the sidebar....

a funny image from our morning walk at Inwood the cafe window...! these pink veiled doors or windows always get my attention on the top floor opposite.... and an image from down at W97th street the other day!
