A few images from a trip down to midtown on a warm saturday afternoon, and Monday lunchtime down at Union Square (see about half way). striking architecture and a relief on a church... more striking apartments... and another two contrasts in my looking up series these windows got to me down near the passenger ship terminal more apartments....... and past Fordham university..... art work near Columbus circle and some interesting lighting effects Co;umbus circle by night on the way home and on Monday morning, all bright and cheery....let's go shopping... down to union square.... where we saw these funny little art works....at the subway station.... before we found Babies r Us...aha..here it is... some more art work along the way, just as we emerged from the subway.... more flora of New York...beautiful roses! loved these bananas...didn't notice the prop underneath until I got home and looked at the photo on the computer...... we wandered along a street of brownstones... whe...

We sang in church this morning... Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place ... and a part of the reading for this morning from Psalm 139 .. ... You formed my inward parts, you knit me together in my Mother's womb I praise you lord, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made ! You know when we sit down and when we stand up Lord... Even before a word is on my tongue, you know it, Such knowledge is too wonderful for me... Where can I go from your presence... if I take the wings of the morning and settle at the furthest limits of the sea even there your hand will lead me.... and your right hand will hold me fast!
