Today's Flowers
This week's Flowers....from around my neighbourhood...Some lovely bougainvillea down the road.. A very interesting large flowering tree...I should have shown you the size of the tree...I don't know what it is...it looks neither like a gum nor a wattle..tho the flowers are slightly reminiscent of, but much larger than a wattle. and some colorful geraniums! The jacarandas continue to be wonderful! a bunch of irises in my neighbours garden......from over the fence as I walked past! the asparagus fern burst into bloom. I don't think I have ever seen it quite like this! a sleepy hibiscus flower early one morning...not quite awake! I may have posted this oleander last week too.. And a great surprise..way up in my chinese palm tree...it is flowering away! Very pretty...this is the closest my camera would get to it!
