not a bad view in the morning from the new house not much furniture, but some paper and crayons produces the first drawing in the new house a lovely walk to kindy and some stripey effects on the side deck where baby M and I sat and had lunch, and played silly games with pegs... Mr Four and I went out down to the river one day, where there are some tall apartment buildings, holiday houses there was a parade going past right next door to the children's playground...I had to rescue acouple of children off this awesome play thing...it just wouldnt stop for them once they got going...wonder where their parents were? the weather was such that we even had a bit of a paddle...pity the pants that Grandma chose for him to change into, wouldn't stay up without holding them up... back into the long pants for more swinging and playing, and discovering the view wasn't bad along the river the war memorial was right there a couple of shots looking over the road, where we found a cute litt...

I had occasion to travel north of the city of Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast..this is the mouth of the Maroochy River. Looks like there are plenty of fishing spots. The surf club, and some of the many apartments. Along the Maroochy River, you can still see some of the original mangroves... plenty of picnic spots! there are all sorts of choices to make in the housing.... it is in the sub-tropics.... This wonderful stand of palms marks the entrance to the Lutheran College. There is a university on the other side of the hill too! lovely pandanus line the foreshores..... there were some surfers on their surf boards out there.... even though it looked a bit choppy to me....
